Withdrawing and Unlocking Bonuses

Bonuses must meet the wagering requirements before they can be unlocked and withdrawn.

1.Click on “Profile,” scroll down and select “Bonus Unlock.” On this page, you can view your ongoing promotions and the corresponding wagering progress.

2.While meeting the wagering requirements, you can pin the promotion you wish to prioritize, so its wagering progress will be completed first.

3.When fulfilling the wagering requirements for this promotion, please ensure that you place bets only in the designated game venues; otherwise, the bets will not count toward the wagering progress.

4.The wagering progress bar will automatically disappear in the following situations:

After completing the wagering requirements in the promotion’s designated game venue, the progress bar will disappear and the bonus will be unlocked.
If the wagering requirements are not met in the designated game venue but the account balance reaches 0, the progress bar will also disappear.

Bonuses that have not been unlocked cannot be withdrawn.
