How do I clear cache or update the application?

1. Clear cache:

• Browser: Open browser settings, find the "Clear browsing data" option, and select "Cache" and "Cookies" to clear.
• Application (Android/iOS): Go to your device's "Settings" > "App Management" or "Applications" > Find the platform app, and select "Clear cache".

2. Update the application:

• Android: Open the Google Play Store, search for the app name, and click "Update".
• iOS: Open the App Store, search for the app name, and click "Update".
